Will has been associated with BridgePointe Advisors since 2005, and his current responsibilities include sourcing, managing and closing debt and equity capital assignments for BPA clients.
Will has been in the real estate valuation and financial consulting industry for 20 years upon graduating with a major in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. After 5 years with Arthur Andersen, Will shifted his career to mortgage banking where he was hired as a Senior Analyst with Holliday, Fenoglio, Fowler, LP's Atlanta office. Since 1998, Will has been involved in over $1 Billion worth of debt and equity transactions. Approximately 70% of these transactions involved the placement of equity, mezzanine and/or preferred equity capital for his clients.
The first 1/3 of his career involved providing real property tax valuation services to commercial property owners when he was hired by a local boutique company in 1990. Within a few years Will was hired to start the Atlanta real property tax practice for Arthur Andersen LLP where he worked with national and local clients within the firm. |
